About Me

My name is Barbara.   I am a stay at home Mom of three girls.  I began my carer here in Myrtle Beach performing at one of the local Comedy clubs as a Comedic Improviser.  On occasion when I would perform, I would bring in baked goods from time to time much to the delight of my fellow players.  My life recently took a turn when I was asked to volunteer and become the head of our church's  Children's and Youth Ministry.  Improv had to take a backseat to my new appointed position.  I still needed something for myself.   My sister-in-law had introduced me to Cake Pops several months before.  I was hooked on my first try making Turkey Pops for Thanksgiving.  I started making my LolliCakes, as a friend called them, for family and friends in various themes, flavors and colors.  Baking has been a past time for me since I was a little girl so it was only natural that I took this on with zest.  My Mom has always been a skilled chocolate moulder making chocolate houses, 3 foot tall bunnies, and birthday favors.   I combined her teachings along with my knowledge of baking to come up with truly unique flavors to incorporate into my LolliCakes. They are the perfect combination of cake and chocolate.  It's a New Twist On Cake you and your loved ones will enjoy as much as my loved ones do :)
